Payments

Payment is expected at time order is placed with us. We accept PayPal payments, credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover) via PayPal.  No personal checks, sorry.  Payments must be received before purchase is shipped.
We use our verified "Keepsakeeggs" PayPal business account (est. 2002) to process transactions from this website.  PayPal users will see "KeepsakeEggs" appear in the Name/Email field of your transaction log, and Credit Card users will see "EXCLUSIVEDE" or "ExclusiveDesignz" appear on your credit card statement.

We ship worldwide.

Shipping & Handling:

Orders are processed within 3 business days and delivery can be expected within 10 business days, depending on destination. Delivery Confirmation is an additional $40.00 per order, New Zealand Post does not use confirmation on International orders.  Shipment method is International Air for destinations outside New Zealand, and first class priority air mail within New Zealand.  International Express, International Economy Courier, UPS, DHL, and FedEx options are available upon special request. Shipping and handling rates are based on shipping method. Shipping charges are subject to change based on postal rates and packaging prices. 

Returns & Replacements

We offer a Satisfaction Guarantee on all our products.  If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our product, you may return it for repair or replacement. Returns must be prearranged by email within 7 days of receipt of shipment, shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, exchanges or refunds will processed less the shipping and/or transaction fees (i.e. PayPal fees, when applicable). Delivery confirmation is highly recommended. We can not be held liable for returns that do not arrive back to us. We pack our items carefully, but should an item(s) arrive damaged from shipping, you may return it to us for a free repair within 7 days of the arrival of the item. Arrangements for a repair or replacement must be made by email prior to the item(s) being returned.
Clearance & Special Sale Items

No refunds, returns or exchanges are given for items marked as clearance or Special sale items, unless otherwise stated.
Viewing Orders

Orders can be viewed in the registered user's account. The link can be found at the top right corner of each page or the Login/Register on the menu bar.
Updating Account Information

Registered users may update account information at any time by clicking on the "My Account" link at the top right corner of any page in the website.
Wholesale Orders

Wholesale or large volume orders may require up to 4 weeks to be fulfilled and require a 25% non-refundable deposit upon receipt of order.
